The Town of Westmore, Vermont, will have an opening for a Lister/Assessor. Applicant preferably a Westmore resident. This position is 15-20 hours a week with a flexible schedule. There will be in-depth training of 40 or more hours a year both on and off site with the goal of getting a Vermont Assessor certification. All training including travel will be paid for by the town and State. Salary ranges from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour. Due to predicted sub-zero temperatures the Westmore Transfer Station will be closed on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Machinery can become inoperable. The Transfer Station will resume operation on February 14th weather dependent.
